My approach combines traditional talk therapy with evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based techniques.
To support clients between sessions, I provide 24/7 phone coaching for crisis situations, as well as scheduled non-emergency coaching at no additional cost.
My office is located at 2323 21st Avenue South, Suite 401, in Nashville, Tennessee. Telehealth services are available to anyone located within the state.
